Anyone who read Robert Heinlein's book, The Puppet Masters may recall the aliens that took over humans and "rode" them liked to nestle between the shoulder blades.
So far, I've not read any suggestion that Bush is actually being controlled by invading extraterrestrials.
...Yet.
