On the other hand...

Mr Yasser Arafat, who reportedly opened his eyes today, is said to have issued a last political Will in which he suggests that the head of the PLO politburo, Mr Farouk Kadoumi, based in Tunis, succeed him. Media reports said Mr Arafat mentioned in his Will that Mr Kadoumi will accept the PLO chairman’s post, but will not serve as leader of the Palestinian Authority in view of his objections to the Oslo accords. Mr Arafat reportedly handed over the Will’s copies to his wife, Suha, and cousin, Mr Nasser al-Kidwa, who is Palestinian Ambassador to the UN.

Well, if L.Ron Hubbard can write novels after becoming "metabolically challenged", why can't Arafat write a will?
