For the knee replacement, it's 7.1 times.
For the face lift, it's 2.5 times.
Heart bypasses are covered by most health insurance plans. Knee replacements by somewhat fewer.
Face lifts are elective surgery, and are not covered. You want one, you pay for it out of pocket.
