Mike at Cold Fury sounds off on the conclusions people are drawing from the "Great Rumsfeld/Armor Debacle". Because we haven't provide all the troops with everything they could possibly need, we're hateful, incompetent, stupid, and other nasty things.
In other stories, we read of communities raising money to buy armor for soldiers.
I wonder how many of those who decry these facts ever sported a bumper sticker looking forward to the day when the military would need to hold bake sales to pay for its stuff.
