Got the cable working...

Leviton connectors and housings. The connectors are a breeze to use. Strip off the outer covering of the cable, untwist enough of the twisted pairs to reach the designated slots, and push down into the correct spots. Push the cover down, and snap into the housing. Close up the housing, and fasten to the wall.

Result: a wall plug for my patch cable that looks like I knew what I was doing.
